Here is a little resume of life lately...

this was the best breakfast in the world. funny how food looks so icky after the fact.

Spinach Strawberry Salad with Smoked Gouda!

Dressing

1/4 cup orange juice

3 tbs extra virgin oil

1 tbs honey

1tsp orange zest

1/2 tsp poppy seeds

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/8 tsp paprika

1 pinch of pepper

Salad

Baby Spinach

strawberries cut in half or quarters

Smoked Gouda

Crushed walnuts

Mix dressing, add to salad mix, now nom. enjoy!
