Nothing/Everything
Finally made up my mind about what to do for a blog of my own, and this here is it...
What do you think of the banner/title?
Right now i am listening to a Rolling Stones album on my dad's record player from the 70's(a really great record player, beautiful and in such good condition! go dad), i just got an amp for it yesterday, and hooked everything up just now!
I love the sound of vinyl records!

A year and a half...
Photos from here and there, taken last year, the one before that, a few days ago.
Forgotten, developed, not scanned, some clear, some confusing, unsolved beauties.
I don't think i will ever get over film and switch completely to digital.
It is what i started with, fell in love with, and i just can't let go of all the surprises it can hold, the power it has, the beauty.
I'm just a big ol' lover of film!

Portable Magic.
Last night at Portable Magic, Six Chicago artists contemplated the idea of portability and the magic that makes the meaning of an object change under different circumstances. Artists include:
Emily Boksenbaum
Danica Olders
Chelsea Parker
Courtney Simon de Montfort
Cori Williams
Courtney Ziegler
We invited friends, artists, randoms to come and enjoy art and drinks and food and the beautiful night.
It was a bit dark so some of the shots are really blurry but something about the movement in them gets me every time.
